REACH pre-registration status and registration plans

Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).

To meet the REACH legislation requirements, ExxonMobil companies have successfully pre-registered the following products and currently intend to register them in line with the deadlines contained in the regulation.  The attached information applies only to products manufactured by ExxonMobil within the EU or imported directly by ExxonMobil into the European Union. 

Customers importing products directly themselves or as part of third party preparations should ensure that they have their own appropriate REACH coverage in place, ahead of any EU import to maintain compliance with the REACH regulation.

ExxonMobil does not provide an Only Representative service for this range of products.
