REACH pre-registration status and registration plans

Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).

To meet the REACH legislation requirements, ExxonMobil companies have been actively working with its direct Suppliers to ensure that all eligible
substances contained in ExxonMobil Finished Lubricants are pre-registered. The attached information applies only to products manufactured by ExxonMobil within the EU or imported directly by ExxonMobil into the European Union.
 
Customers importing products directly themselves or as part of third party preparations should ensure that they have their own appropriate REACH coverage in place, ahead of any EU import to maintain compliance with the REACH regulation.
