understanding which uses are supported

Plasticizer and Chemical Intermediate products sold by ExxonMobil Chemical affiliates in Europe are predominantly categorized as an Intermediate or deemed in accordance with directive 67/548/EC, directive 1999/45/EC and directive 1272/2008 (CLP) to be non-hazardous and further do not meet the criteria for being declared a PBT or vPvB. As such, there is no obligation under the REACH legislation to have to communicate uses along the supply chain. The corresponding list of products is displayed below :

Please follow the Steps 1- 3 to determine whether your Use is included as a Supported Use in our REACH registration and in the new extended Safety Data Sheet.

Step 1: Open the "Generic use mapping” table for Exxal 13 Alcohol and locate the columns on the right hand side, headed “Products Covered” to find the exact product(s) you purchase.

Step 2: The supported Uses (titles and a short description) are located on the left hand side of the table under the heading GES Title/Scope. The scope of each title is described using the applicable REACH Use Descriptors: Sector of Use (SU), Process Category (PROC), Chemical Product Category (PC) and Environmental Release Category (ERC) .

Step 3: A tick mark under the ‘Products Covered’ column will indicate that ExxonMobil is planning to include this use in its registration dossier.
