All of the Adhesion Industry Business products or preparations sold by ExxonMobil Chemical affiliates in Europe as of the REACH deadline registration date of November 30, 2010, are deemed in accordance with directive 67/548/EC, directive 1999/45/EC and
directive 1272/2008 (CLP) to be non-hazardous, and further do not meet the criteria for being declared a PBT or vPvB. Therefore there is no obligation under the REACH legislation to have to communicate uses along the supply chain.
