What is ExxonMobil's position on REACH?

ExxonMobil supports the underlying goals of REACH, which are consistent with our existing approach to Product Stewardship. As with all regulations, ExxonMobil will comply with the requirements of the REACH regulation and is taking the necessary steps to achieve timely REACH implementation. We are actively involved in industry consortia/trade associations efforts to ensure the timely completion of the REACH Implementation Projects (RIPs), which will provide guidance on the implementation. Our goal is to achieve cost effective and seamless implementation, while maintaining consistency with our strong corporate policies and business strategies.
