in Europe and among the largest refiners of crude oil for fuels and lubricant
products. The 7,600 Esso stations provide fuel and non-fuel products to more
than three million customers every day. We are also one of Europe's leading
petrochemical companies.

Oil & Gas Exploration and Production (2005 figures)
>ExxonMobil produces 4315 millions of cubic feet of natural gas every day from
fields in Norway, The Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom.
> We produce 546,000 barrels of crude oil and natural gas liquids per day.
>Our net proved developed and undeveloped oil and gas reserves were 886
millions of barrels at year end.
Refining
> ExxonMobil is one of the largest crude oil refiner in Europe, with an
interest in 9 major refineries. Five refineries are fully owned and operated
and three more are operated by ExxonMobil as majority shareholder.
>We are the largest refiner of lubricant base stocks, used for motor oil and
lubricant products. Of the nine refineries, three also refine lubricants.
>Our total 2005 throughput was 1.6 million barrels a day with a utilization of
refining capacity of 93%.
>We offer our premium products at
retails sites featuring our award-winning On the Run convienience format.
>Our total number of retails sites was 7591 at year end 2005.
Lubricants & Specialties Marketing > ExxonMobil produces and
sells hundreds of finished lubricant products in almost every country in
Europe. These include Mobil 1 and Esso Ultron - two of the world's leading
motor oils.
>We produce around 200 specialties (waxes, white
oils and process oils) which are used as ingredients in the manufacture of
many products.
>ExxonMobil also manufactures and markets
lubricant base oils and bitumen products.
>Our aviation and
marine lubricants businesses are European market leaders.
>ExxonMobil lubricant products are produced at blending plants across Europe.
>In 2005, we produced 45,000 barrels of lubricants per day.
Gas Marketing > In 2005, we sold 6015 millions of cubic feet
natural gas per day.
>Europe represents 54% of ExxonMobil's
worldwide natural gas sales.
>We have part ownership in gas
storage facilities, 35,000 km of onshore pipelines used to bring gas to market
and 13 gas processing plants.
>In the UK construction is in
progress on the South Hook LNG receiving terminal at ExxonMobil's former
refinery site in Milford Haven, Wales. ExxonMobil and Qatar Petroleum plan to
provide LNG from the Qatargas II LNG project to meet first sales in 2008.
>The Adriatic LNG terminal, offshore Rovigo, Italy, will provide the Italian
gas market with LNG supplied from Qatar beginning in 2008. This is the
industry's only European offshore LNG terminal under construction.
Chemicals > ExxonMobil is a leading manufacturer of olefins,
polyolefins, aromatics and other petrochemical products in Europe.
>Customers are in the packaging, consumer, automotive, industrial, medical,
electrical, construction and many other sectors.
>There are
18 manufacturing sites with the largest facilities in Belgium, France, The
Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
>ExxonMobil Chemical
Films produces and markets flexible packaging and labelling films.
>Our World-Class European Technology Centre (ETC) in Brussels provides
technical services to customers, support to manufacturing and research for the
company's basic chemicals, inter-mediates and polymers businesses.
>An Automotive and Appliances Development Laboratory at Lillebonne, France,
offers design, engineering and analysis to polypropylene customers and
conducts long-range R&D.
